Our bilingual customer service representatives are happy to answer any questions about the airport or the city. Our customer service representatives can also help you with EIA’s Lost and Found.
Due to changes in our operation, the Information Booth will be reducing their hours effective September 1.
The new hours of operation will be:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00-18:00
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: CLOSED
For any lost item inquiries during the hours we are closed, you are encouraged to use our online lost and found form.
