If you are missing a piece of baggage, please contact your airline’s baggage department directly for lost baggage or items left on board an aircraft.

The policy of Edmonton International Airport (YEG) regarding surplus goods, including items noted as ‘lost and found’ is to ensure all reasonable efforts are made to obtain appropriate identification to trace and contact the owner. YEG will hold found items for a 30 day period and on the 31st day, YEG will dispose of these items in a financially and environmentally responsible manner.
