Storage for luggage, bags, bikes, sports equipment and other small items is available for connecting passengers on the Arrivals Level at the Ground Transportation Office. The storage space is locked and monitored, but contents are stored at owners' own risk. Passenger luggage will not be stowed if the passenger is not flying within 24 hours of dropping off the bags. Connecting passengers must meet the following requirements to store baggage:
- Boarding card or flight itinerary must be presented to ground transportation staff (Itinerary on BlackBerry is acceptable).
- Photo identification of passengers requesting baggage storage is also required. If photo identification is not available, at least two (2) pieces of identification are required including one government-issued ID.
- Must be a connecting passenger off another flight. (Example – Arrived on Air Canada and then flying out next on Westjet)
Please note: Non-passenger luggage will not be accepted for storage.
