Water Refilling Stations
We offer water refilling stations in the International / Domestic Departures Lounge (after security) across from Gates 60, 66 and 72.
Travelling with a Stroller or Wagon
Know the Airline Policies
Airlines strongly recommend the use of small collapsible (foldable) strollers. They can be checked at the gate and delivered to you at the aircraft door at the end of your flight. Confirm that the size of your stroller or wagon is allowable before your travel date.
Check-In
As you go through the check-in process, let the airline counter representative know that you’d like to gate check your stroller or wagon. The airline will provide a tag to affix to the stroller or wagon.
Preparation Before Boarding
Before you board the plane, consider detaching any items from the stroller or wagon that might not stay in place during transport, such as cup holders, canopies, and stroller organizers.
Boarding
Your airline may offer pre-boarding for families with young children. When it’s your turn to board, simply push or carry your stroller or wagon towards the plane’s entrance. Fold it up and leave it at the end of the jetway with the tags visible for the baggage handlers. Depending on your destination, you’ll typically find it there when you arrive.
Two baby care rooms
Parents can enjoy a quiet, private space to feed and care for their children.

Pet Therapy Program
Encourage your kids to be on the lookout for the Therapy Pets at YEG. You will spot these dogs and their handlers by their cute matching outfits. They help keep travellers calm and encourage interaction — make sure your kids say hi and have some cuddles!
