How to use the Parkade
New access method for online parking reservations.
All online parking reservations at Parkade will have a QR code to access the parking lot. This replaces the former method of inserting a credit card to match your reservation. Credit cards can no longer be accepted at the gates for online reservations. The QR code will be issued through a confirmation email.
Instructions to enter the parking lot:
- Approach the entrance gate
- Have the QR code ready on your mobile device or printed on paper
- Scan the QR code on the machine as indicated
- Proceed into the parking lot
Instructions to exit the parking lot:
- Approach the exit gate
- Have the QR code ready on your mobile device or printed on paper
- Scan the QR code on the machine as indicated
- Proceed to exit the parking lot
Take a parking ticket when you enter the covered parkade. Store your parking ticket in a safe spot to use when you exit. You can pay at the pay stations in the terminal or at the exit with a debit or credit card.

You can change or cancel your online reservation at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival to the lot.

How to use Executive Park
Enter the VIP area on level P3 of Parkade and use your Executive Park member card to open the gates.
When exiting, skip the lines and use your Executive Park membership card to exit through one of the five credit card express exits.
Your membership grants access for one car into Executive Park at a time.
