Pick-up and Drop-off

Dropping someone off

Passengers being dropped off may use the Departures Roadway located on Level Two. Please follow the signage and stay to the right on Airport Road to access the Departures Ramp.

For security reasons, vehicles cannot be left unattended. Vehicles left unattended on the curb will be ticketed and may be towed.

If you need to leave your vehicle while dropping someone off, you can park in the parkade for up to 10 minutes with no charge, or pay for parking by the half-hour.

Picking someone up

Passengers being picked up have four options:

1. Arrivals Paid: a short-term paid pick-up area adjacent to the airport terminal
   • Rates: $4 for the first 10 minutes and $4 for every 5 minutes after that to a maximum of 45 minutes
2. Arrivals Free: a short-term complimentary pick-up area located a three-minute walk through the parkade
3. Park in the parkade for up to 10 minutes with no charge or pay for parking by the half-hour.
4. Park in the complimentary Family Loading & Unloading Zone adjacent to Arrivals Free for up to one hour.
