Park & Pick Up

We are happy to provide parking solutions that make travel easy and keep you safer than ever with contactless parking options. Park a vehicle in the parkade and arrange for a family member or friend to pick up the vehicle. We ensure that your keys will be safe until the vehicle is picked up. Park & Pick Up is complimentary with any online reservation or drive-up parking in the parkade. This new service makes for an easy option on arrival or departure.

Follow these easy steps for your next Park & Pick Up:

  1. Proceed towards the terminal and park in Parkade Level 2 (Hourly). Keep your ticket from the entry gate and take it with you.
  2. Choose your parking spot and remember where the vehicle is parked (pillars are marked with letters and numbers).
  3. Proceed to the Ground Transportation office located near Door 5 on the Arrivals level of the terminal
  4. Inform the staff at Ground Transportation that you would wish to store your keys for the Park & Pick Up service. Provide the location of your vehicle so they can pass the information to the person picking up the vehicle.
  5. Provide the staff at Ground Transportation with your keys and parkade entry ticket.
  6. The agent will provide the customer with a serialized ticket, this number must be provided to the person picking up the vehicle. The customer will need to inform the person picking up the vehicle will need to provide a driver’s license number at pick up and pay for accrued parking charges.
  7. When the person arrives to pick up the vehicle, they will need to provide the serialized ticket number, driver’s license, and proof of reservation if purchased online. A copy of the driver’s license will be made.
  8. The agent will process outstanding payment for drive-up parking at the Ground Transportation desk and provide the keys to the person picking up the vehicle.

Follow these easy steps for your next Park & Pick Up (online reservation):

  1. Reserve your spot online and pay for your reservation.
  2. Proceed towards the terminal, park in Parkade Level 2 (Hourly) and insert the credit card you made the reservation with to gain entry. Do not take a ticket.
  3. Choose your parking spot and remember where the vehicle is parked (pillars are marked with letters and numbers).
  4. Proceed to the Ground Transportation office located near Door 5 on the Arrivals level.
  5. Inform the staff that you would wish to store your keys for the Park & Pick Up service. Provide the location of your vehicle so they can pass the information to your pickup person. Also provide your keys and online reservation confirmation.
  6. You will receive a serialized ticket. This ticket number must be provided to your pickup person. Your pick up person must provide a driver’s license at pick up.
  7. When the person arrives to pick up the vehicle, they can proceed to the Ground Transportation Office near Door 5 on Arrivals. They will need to provide the serialized ticket number, driver’s license, and reservation confirmation number. A copy of the driver’s license will be made.
  8. Your pick up person will receive an exit ticket and your keys. If the parking stay is for a longer period than the online reservation, additional charges will be paid at the Ground Transportation office.
