ArtistWalter Jule
Walter Jule is one of Canada’s premier print artists. Born in Seattle, Washington, his work can be found in over 40 major collections. A professor of art and design since 1970, Jule has taught and lectured widely at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts, Montana State University, the Otis-Parsons Institute, The University of Brasilia and the University of Washington. He also serves as editor and designer of the Print Voice International Journal and has curated a number of major exhibitions, including a survey of Canadian printmaking for the Museum of the Contemporary Art in Osaka, Japan.
