United Express Introduces New Non-stop Denver Service

Edmonton – On behalf of the Capital Region, Edmonton Airports extends an enthusiastic welcome to United Express, which will commence twice daily non-stop service to Denver Colorado May 01, 2002.

Sean Donohue, United Airlines vice president-North America states, “Edmonton is an important business and leisure market, and we are delighted to add it to the United/United Express network. For the Edmonton passenger, the new service offers the convenience of nonstop flying to Denver plus easy access to United’s extensive route system via the Denver hub.”

Edmonton Airports president and CEO Scott Clements states, “Community demand has demonstrated that Denver is a strong non-stop market connecting our region to the entire mid-west and southwest geographic area. We are so pleased to see this important carrier investing in our community to offer this valuable service.”

United Express, the regional partner of United Airlines, will operate flights on a 50-seat Canadair Regional Jet. The schedule is as follows:

Through this United Express service, travellers will have new access to connect to more than 80 destinations on convenient flights throughout United’s extensive worldwide network. Denver is amongst the Top 10 busiest passenger airports in the World.
