In addition, there are fund raising opportunities for local charities. 36 groups are required to staff concession booths. Charity organizations, sports teams and service clubs are invited to staff concession booths at the Air Show. Charities will receive access to the show, food and beverage and free on-site parking, as well as 10% of the revenues from their respective booths from the Air Show weekend.

“We know that Edmontonians, who are world-renowned for their volunteer spirit, will be eager to be part of the fun and to help make this Air Show an outstanding and memorable event for all,” says President and CEO, Scott Clements. “I would like to personally recognize Mr. Brian Andrus, a volunteer himself, who will be directing the volunteer program.”

The Edmonton International Air Show will feature daily performances by the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, CF-18 Hornet as well as the USAF Stealth Fighter display, and performances by other top military and civilian aerobatic performers.
