The delegation is led by Mr. Gordon Plewes, Chairman of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce/World Trade Center and Mr. Martin Salloum, Manager of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce/World Trade Center, and supported by Economic Development Edmonton and Edmonton Airports. The delegation will depart from Edmonton International Airport at 8:10 a.m. Saturday, December 15th on Northwest flight 1022, and returning on Tuesday, December 18th at 1:16 p.m. on Northwest flight 1019.

The delegation’s itinerary includes a visit to Ground Zero, a visit to the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce with Mr. David Manning, who is the former Deputy Minister of Energy for the Province of Alberta, and a visit of the new World Trade Center offices with Mr. Herbert Quida, Executive Vice President, World Trade Center.

“The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce will lead by example demonstrating that it is good business to fly and encouraging the local business community to continue to choose air travel as a tool for efficient business,” commented Mr. Gordon Plewes, Chairman of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce/World Trade Center.
