Edmonton Airports appoints two new vice presidents

Edmonton — Edmonton Airports is pleased to announce the appointment of Diane Trenn to Vice-President, Operations, and Peter McCart, to Vice-President, Marketing.
“Both Diane and Peter have a tremendous record of service in the aviation and airline industry,” says Reg Milley, President and CEO, Edmonton Airports. “Our commitment to the continued development of air service in Edmonton is enhanced by these appointments.”
Diane Trenn joined Edmonton International Airport in 1983, and has held a variety of positions, most recently the position of Director of Operations. Diane is responsible for the development and management of airport services at Edmonton International Airport, Edmonton City Centre Airport, Cooking Lake Airport and Villeneuve Airport.
In addition to her Edmonton Airports responsibilities, Trenn is a member of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee and Leduc/Nisku Economic Development Authority.
Peter McCart has spent the past 17 years with Air Canada, and has extensive experience in airport operations, customer service, airline marketing and community relations. He is responsible for continuing to develop and market passenger and cargo services as well as retail, food and beverage services for Edmonton Airports.
McCart was born and raised in Western Canada and is delighted to return to Alberta after having spent two years in Halifax.
Both are looking forward to driving Edmonton Airports’ new vision: To be the North’s preferred gateway to the World; and the World’s preferred gateway to North.
