New 75-seat CRJ-705 will provide comfortable daily travel to City of Angels
Edmonton — Business, news and travel media are invited to the launch of Air Canada’s new, daily non-stop service to Los Angeles from Edmonton International Airport (EIA).
Media are invited to a special Edmonton sneak peak of Jazz’s new, state-of-the-art CRJ — 705 series jets and interview session.
Date: Monday, May 1, 2006
Time: 9:15 a.m. — 10: 15 a.m.
Location: Edmonton International Airport
Information Booth, Arrivals Level across from door #7
Parking: Parkade coupons will be available.
Reg Milley, President and CEO, Edmonton Airports; Scott Tapson, Vice-President, Customer Experience, Jazz; and an Edmonton business representative (s) will don their shades and be available for interviews.
Photo opportunities will be available inside and outside the new aircraft. Please arrive at 9:15 a.m. sharp to allow for security screening.
Media are also invited for the afternoon festivities, which begin at 2 p.m. and include a one-man band belting Beach Boy classics and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m.
