Heritage Festival

YEG is proud to have sponsored the Edmonton Heritage Festival for over eleven years. Our shared values with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusivity makes the festival a perfect fit for the airport. Plus, you can learn all about the over 50 non-stop destinations you can fly from Edmonton!

At this year’s three day event  on July 30 – August 1, you can, once again, sample delicious food, see creative performances and celebrate Canada’s multiculturalism. With other 60 participating countries and 50 outdoor pavilions there is lots to see and do.

Come by the Edmonton International Airport children’s tent located in the center of Hawrelak Park. Let your child play in the sand tables, color, and play games to win small prizes. Parents (and anyone over 18) can enter to win flights for two! Take a selfie by the selfie ‘flight’ board next to the destination you want to win. Then simply post your selfie on Instagram, tag @flyeia and use #heritagefestwin and you are entered! Good luck!
